TBC and I were blessed to visit Damascus in 2009. Syria is a gorgeous country, full of generous people and amazing food and moving scenes of Muslim and Christian children playing together. At least that’s what it was like in 2009.

My name is Philip Farah, a Palestinian Christian who lives in the US.

Many of my family fled to Damascus in 1948 when Israel was established.
